How do you size the right system for my home?
We calculate capacity using room dimensions, insulation, window orientation, occupancy, and usage patterns, then match a split or ducted system that won’t overwork or short-cycle.
Which brands do you install?

How long does installation take?
Most single split systems are installed in one day. Multi-splits and ducted systems can take longer depending on access, roof space, and finish requirements. Timeframes are confirmed in your quote.
Can you remove my old unit?
Yes. We safely decommission and remove the old system, dispose of it responsibly, and install the new unit in the optimal location for airflow and service access.
What’s included in a standard installation?
Supply of approved equipment, compliant mounting and penetrations, electrical connection, refrigerant commissioning, zoning (if ducted), full performance testing, and tidy handover.
Do you handle strata or council requirements?
We provide placement plans, noise data, and mounting details to support approvals, and schedule works to minimise disruption to neighbours and common areas.
What warranties do I receive?
Manufacturer warranty applies to equipment, and KYNEX provides a workmanship guarantee. We register products where required and supply all documentation at handover.
